Bacon Onion Appetizers: A combination of cooked and crumbled bacon, finely chopped onion,
fresh parsley and butter rolled in our homemade crescent rolls and baked.
Garlic Chicken Bites: Chunks of boneless chicken breasts marinated with olive oil, garlic
and black pepper. Then coated with bread crumbs and cayenne pepper and baked.
Homemade Hooter Buffalo Wings: They are yummy! Wings combined with butter, louisiana hot sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic powder and salt. Dipped in flour and fryed.
Forest Mushroom Pastry Shell Appetizers: The deep forest flavor of shitake mushrooms
is dressed with hoisin sauce and Monterey Jack cheese for a pastry delicacy.
Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus: Stemed asparagus wrapped with a thin slice of provolone
cheese and prosciutto and topped with a dressing and each roll is wrapped with a chive and tie.
Salmon Appetizers: Very tasty, very creamy and very impressive. Fresh salmon combined with cream cheese, salsa, dried cilantro and ground cumin. Then rolled up in a tortilla and cut up into bite size pieces.
