The Day Of Wedding Coordinator will:

Arrive early to venue and greet vendors and accept deliveries Confirm that vendors are
present, services are acceptable Ensure proper set-up of venue ( gifts, place cards, programs, flowers, food etc.) Assist guests that may have special needs or requests Gather wedding
party to ensure corsages,  boutonnieres, flowers, etc. are ready to go Assemble wedding
party and cueing entrace for the walk down the aisle Making sure you are FABULOUS.
Gather wedding party, family members and friends for photographs Tackling questions
and concerns from guests and vendors throughout the event
